Claridges (at Christmas), Mayfair, London

What's the curbappeal?
- the art-deco loveliness. One of London's gems
- seriously atmospheric at Christmas, with it's roaring log fires and gorgeous Christmas tree. We popped in for cocktails at Le Fumoir

With love,
Ms. Curbappeal x

One of their roaring log fires (it was blowing a gale and raining outside so we warmed ourselves here!)

Le Fumoir, one of Claridges elegant cocktail lounges...

Their Christmas tree, designed by Dolce & Gabanna

Afternoon tea in The Foyer, one of my favourite places for tea in London ....

One of Claridges famous guests...

A quick look at Whatley Manor, Wiltshire

What's the curbappeal?
- stylish country retreat. Perfect for city-types looking to unwind.

I just popped in for afternoon tea. My egg mayonnaise sandwiches were divine - the brown bread was very fresh and generously filled with a lovely chunky egg mayo

Please see below for my photos of the hotel and it's grounds.

With love,

Cafe review: Cobbles & Clay, Haworth, Yorkshire, UK

What's it's Curbappeal?
- cosy homely whimsical decor & feel
- views upstairs onto the beautiful cobbled Haworth street below
- delicious home baked cakes (the fruit scones were fresh & fluffy and the white chocolate & raspberry muffins were moist, juicy & fresh)
- colourful & quirky plates

...some photos straight from our iPhones...
