Brunch at Bartola, Palmero, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Taken in by the colourful tables in the sunshine, we stopped by for brunch.
The food was average and ditto for service. I also found the trashy music too loud for the morning (we weren't the only ones to move tables because of it!). However, a nice spot for a drink to watch the world go by.
Looks nicer than it tasted; some fruit was tinned. I also found the granola too sweet
Quirky colourful interior.
Pretty pastel coloured chairs and tables.
Brunch at Olsen, Palmero, Buenos Aires, Argentina
We had brunch on Sunday (served all day) at this stunning light and airy restaurant in Palmero. Highly recommend.

Breakfast at The Park Hyatt, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Breakfast buffet at The Park Hyatt. Highly recommended. Excellent quality food and service in a beautiful relaxed light and airy restaurant.
Light and airy dining room, makes this a great dining option for a rainy day (as we had during our stay !)
Fruit and cakes - feels like a Brazilian breakfast!
Beautiful view of the Palace (guest rooms and restaurants also in that part of the hotel).

Public spaces in Le Royal Monceau, Paris, France
Exterior of the hotel, with the Arc de Triomphe in the background.
Stunning restaurant, can't believe I missed dining here - definitely one for next time!
Huge beautiful stylish bar. My friends and I enjoyed a few relaxed cocktails here before heading out for the evening.
View of the indoor pool (and someone swimming!) from the garden area of the hotel.
Delicious healthy snacks in the spa.
Calming beautiful spa. The steam room and sauna were amazing, I used them twice during our weekend stay. Loved all the Clarins products in the changing area. I must have a treatment next time I stay here.
Lobby area, signature Phillipe Starck design.
Loved the stairwells; bare-brick walls, stainglass windows....
...and the carpets
Time of stay: Friday and Saturday night in March 2014.
